Because we host only one wedding a weekend, our dates fill quickly.

How can I reserve 19 Birch Lane for my event? -We prefer to start with a quick phone call to chat, learn more about your event, and be sure we are a fit for your event. After we secure your event date availability, a 19 Birch Lane team member will customize your proposal and email it directly to you to sign. Proposals are typically good for one week from the proposal date at which a 50% non-refundable deposit. The signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance will be scheduled through intervals with the final payment being due 60 days prior to your event. We also require a certificate of insurance from a provider, such as Atlanticinsurance.com, wedsafe.com, or eventhelper.com.
